资格
To apply for summer housing, you must be a continuing residential student in good standing with the University and fall into one of the following categories:
- Be enrolled for Summer Session 2023, or
- Be enrolled for Autumn Quarter 2023, or
- Be a graduating senior
If there is more demand than supply for summer housing, priority will be given to students registered for summer classes.
合同要求
Summer housing residents are required to contract from June 13–August 23, 2023. If you choose to move out of summer housing at any time prior to August 23, you will be responsible for the entire contract fee.

Starting in late April, you can access the housing portal via the student menu on Banner or go to bodegapuenteajuda.com/housingapp. From the welcome page, select “application” in the menu bar to begin.
Application deadlines
If your 夏天住房 application is received:
- 到5月15日， you will receive your assignment on May 26.
- 5月15日之后， your application will be processed as space permits.
学生账户
If you have an outstanding balance on your student account at the end of the school year, you must receive approval from Student Financial Services before you can be assigned to summer housing. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy, so be sure to provide enough time to work through any financial issues prior to the application deadline.
地点和费用
W克雷莫纳34号, 605 W爱默生, and 608 W Emerson will be utilized for housing in summer 2023 at the following rates:
- 2-Person Unit: $2,933 per person
- 4-Person Unit: $2,456 per person
Check-in and check-out dates
夏天住房 residents are able to move in according to the dates below. Check-in and check-out times will be provided by 居住生活 when available. It is possible that SPU may change one or more of these dates and times, and you will be notified of any such change. Please plan accordingly, as staff will be available during these time frames only.
- 夏天住房 Check-In: Monday, June 12
- 夏天住房 Check-Out: Wednesday, August 23
- Autumn 住房 Check-In: Wednesday, August 23
Canceling an application
Cancellation 政策: Cancellations received by June 10 will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after June 11 will result in a charge for the entire summer contract period.
